This will remove the conflicting mod you selected. Select "action" and then "!!Delete Packages!!". Select the mod you would like to remove or the mod you use the least out of the conflicts,
Step 5 - All mods that are conflicting will show up (this will be the same for any other filter option you select also keep in mind I only have two conflicts present for the tutorial you may have more and have to look under the "type" section to see which mod is conflicting with what).
Navigate to the filter option in the bottom left corner and click it and a little window should pop up. Step 4 - After Dashboard is done loading your mods folder it should look similar to this.
