I know that there are plenty of VNC flavored clients out there for accessing a remote Mac. Two things always come to mind when I see it mentioned:ġ) To use it you’ll need to have Windows 10 Pro on the remote machine, not Windows 10 Home.Ģ) Why doesn’t Apple offer a similar app for free to support the same capability for Mac targets? It’s $80 for an app that has a 2-star rating on the App Store. I’ve always been impressed with the performance of Microsoft’s Remote Desktop client app and the underlying RDP protocol.
